The Loopi Club is a product developed by Pagglo, a company headquartered in Brasília, with branches in Orlando and Lisbon. Pagglo specializes in developing custom apps with innovative features such as digital wallets, point-based programs, and connecting technology with sports to enhance user experiences.
Loopi Club is a digital rewards app where you can accumulate points, called Loopis, and exchange them for exclusive prizes. The platform offers unique experiences, such as VIP tickets for events, interactions with idols, autographed collectibles, and more, depending on availability.

3. How to Accumulate Loopi Points

You can earn Loopi points in several ways within the Loopi Club app. The main methods include:

Users may only use a single device to play and accumulate Loopis. If the same login is detected on multiple devices (e.g., phones, tablets) simultaneously to accumulate points, all points will be reset, and the user will be automatically removed from any rankings they are participating in.

Transactions are exclusively made with Loopis, without monetary exchanges in local currency.

Rankings:
Users can compete in app rankings. The user who accumulates the most Loopis within the specified ranking period wins the respective prize.
Important: Once a user opts to participate in a ranking, they must remain in the chosen competition until the end of the period and cannot change or leave it.

4.2. Prize Mechanics

Prize Delivery: Physical prizes will be shipped within 30 business days, with a tracking code provided. Loopi is not responsible for lost shipments after dispatch.

Prize Determination: Winners are those who accumulate the most Loopis during the designated ranking period. Internal reviews ensure fair play and integrity. Misconduct may result in a ban.

Cooldown Period for Winners: Users who win prizes cannot participate in new rankings or awards for 30 days from the last prize date. This ensures fair opportunities for all.

Prize Availability: Event tickets depend on event organizers and venues. The app does not guarantee availability and encourages users to confirm events with the Loopi team.

Ticket Resale Prohibition: Reselling awarded tickets is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a permanent ban.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Pagglo, its directors, employees, and agents against (i) misuse of Loopi Club; (ii) violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) infringement of any intellectual property rights, to the extent of the verified damage, plus costs and attorney fees.

13. Force Majeure

Pagglo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, strikes, natural disasters, or internet service failures.
