1. Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 By registering on the LoopiClub app, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of this regulation.
Our goal is to ensure that you have a safe and satisfactory experience while using the app.
If any of these terms do not meet your expectations, we recommend that you contact us via email at contato@loopiclub.com or by phone at +55 (61) 98870-785 before using our services.

 

2. What LoopiClub Is

2.1 LoopiClub is a product developed by LOOPI CLUB, a company based in Brasília, Brazil, registered under CNPJ 51.008.838/0001-62.
LOOPI CLUB specializes in developing customized applications with innovative features designed to enhance the user experience through gamification.

2.2 LoopiClub is a digital rewards app where users can collect points called Loopis and exchange them for exclusive prizes.
The platform was created to offer unique experiences, such as tickets to events, experiences with idols, signed collectible items, and more, subject to availability.

2.3 Accessing or using the LoopiClub app does not grant the user any rights over trademarks, logos, images, visual content, text, source code, features, or any other intellectual assets belonging to Loopi Club.
All such elements are protected by Law No. 9.279/96 (Industrial Property Law) and Law No. 9.610/98 (Copyright Law), as well as by international treaties to which Brazil is a signatory.

2.4 The experiences offered are valid for active users of the LoopiClub app who engage by earning Loopi points within the platform.

2.4.1 Participants must be 18 years or older, hold a valid identification document, reside in Brazil or in other countries where LoopiClub is officially available, and meet the requirements set forth in this Regulation.

2.4.2 During any ongoing campaign, promotion, or event, participants who do not yet have a LoopiClub account must download the app from either the Play Store or App Store.

2.5 On the registration screen, the user must create a login and password, which will allow access to the application.

2.6 Registration implies full knowledge and acceptance of the LoopiClub Regulation.

 

3. How to Earn Loopi Points

3.1 You can earn Loopi Points in several ways within the LoopiClub app. The main ways to earn points include:

3.1.1 Playing Games in the App:
Participate in interactive games and challenges inside the LoopiClub app, which reward you with Loopis for each completed level or task.

3.1.2 Answering Quizzes:
Take part in quizzes and questionnaires inside the app. Each correct answer earns you Loopi Points.

3.1.3 Regular Engagement:
Daily activities such as continuous logins or participation in special in-app events may also generate additional points.
Other ways to earn Loopi Points will be introduced and communicated to users within the app.

3.1.4 Sharing on Social Media – #DesafioLoopi:
Share your experiences playing and interacting in the app! Tag @loopiclub on Instagram and use the hashtag #DesafioLoopi.
Then, contact in-app support to claim your points.
Each participation is worth 150 Loopi Points, and the post must remain published for the full 24 hours story period.

3.1.5 #ExperienciaLoopi:
If a user ranks in the Loopi leaderboard and shares the experience on Instagram — tagging the official account @loopiclub and using the hashtag #ExperienciaLoopi — they must then contact in-app support to have their points credited.
By using this hashtag, the user (or Looper) earns 400 Loopi Points.
LoopiClub reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the number of points awarded for each activity, as well as the criteria and methods used in the scoring system.

3.3 Scoring Rules and Device Usage

3.4 Each Looper may use only one device to play and earn Loopi Points.
If it is detected that a single account is being used on multiple devices (e.g., phones, tablets) with the intent of earning points simultaneously or alternately, the user’s points will be reset to zero, and they will be automatically removed from any leaderboard in which they are participating.

3.5 The use of any applications, tools, or methods to falsify geographic location — including but not limited to VPNs, Fake GPS, GPS Spoofers, or any other means of simulating access from another location — is strictly prohibited.
Such practices will be considered a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination, without prior notice and without appeal.

3.5.1 If a particular device is found to have been used for such violations, all accounts that accessed the app through that device will be subject to the same penalty, regardless of the logged-in user.

3.6 The LoopiClub Security System continuously monitors such activities.
As a preventive measure, any account showing suspicious behavior may be temporarily blocked for verification at any time, without prior notice.
This block is temporary and has no fixed duration; it may be extended depending on the complexity of the investigation.
If a violation is confirmed, the block may become permanent, and in cases of repeated or severe misconduct, it may result in account deletion.

3.6.1 These measures are designed to ensure transparency and fairness in point accumulation, preserving the integrity of competition among all Loopers.

3.7 Available Games for Earning Loopi Points

3.7.1 Palpitão:
Palpitão is a prediction game where users guess the outcomes of the 2025 Brasileirão Championship.
Each correct prediction is worth 200 Loopi Points.
Predictions must be submitted up to 30 minutes before the start of each match round.
Users can guess the following outcomes:

  • Draw: When both teams finish with the same score (e.g., 1–1, 2–2, or 0–0).

  • Win: When one team scores more goals than the other (e.g., 2–1, 3–0, 1–0).

3.7.2 Interactive Quizzes:
By answering themed quizzes, users can earn points.
Each correct answer is worth 15 points, and if the quiz is completed on its launch day, the points double to 30.
Participation grants 30 points, and completing the quiz on launch day grants an additional 30 points.
If completed after the launch day, users earn 15 points for participation and 15 points for completion.

3.7.3 Loopi Games:
Exclusive games available inside the LoopiClub app, offering various scoring dynamics.
The score varies depending on user performance, which may consider accuracy, response time, movement combinations, or levels completed.
The games are designed to provide entertainment while allowing users to accumulate Loopi Points, enhancing engagement with the platform.
Better performance means more points, promoting continuous participation and competition for higher rankings.

3.8 The app uses a single point system for all user activities.

  • Loopi Points: Free points obtained through gamified interactions — such as games, quizzes, predictions, and leaderboards.

 

4. How to Use Loopi Points

4.1 LoopiStore:
LoopiClub operates a virtual store (Loopi Store) where users — known as Loopers — can redeem their points for autographed items, experiences with idols, official team jerseys, gifts, and other rewards.
Items are subject to availability and may require full or partial payment in cash or with Loopi+ points.

4.2 Leaderboards

4.2.1 A LoopiClub user may choose to participate in any leaderboard available within the app.

4.2.2 The user who accumulates the most Loopi Points during the period defined in the leaderboard description will win the corresponding prize.

4.2.3 Important:
Users may join or leave any leaderboard, but points earned during that period will be moved to their Wallet.
Upon joining a leaderboard, the user’s score always starts at zero.

4.2.4 In the event of a tie, the winner will be the user who achieved the tied score most recently.
If the tie persists, the winner will be the user who registered first on the app.

4.2.5 Some leaderboards or related features may require payment, as stated in their specific descriptions.
Participation in such paid features is optional, and all terms, costs, and benefits will be clearly disclosed, respecting consumer protection laws.

4.2.5.1 Any fees charged are for access to the competitive experience and prize eligibility and do not guarantee a win.
The user acknowledges that payment does not ensure ranking position, which always depends on performance and adherence to competition rules.

4.2.5.2 If a technical issue within the app directly affects participation in a paid leaderboard, LoopiClub will review the case individually and may provide a proportional refund or Loopi Points compensation, at its discretion, provided the issue is proven and reported within seven (7) days after the competition ends.

4.3 Prize and Purchase Mechanics:
Prizes are awarded fairly and transparently, ensuring that the most engaged and best-performing Looper within the defined period is rewarded.

4.3.1 Determining the Winner:
The winner is the user who accumulates the highest number of Loopi Points during the leaderboard cycle.
Internal reviews are conducted after each leaderboard closes to verify user conduct and integrity.
If misconduct is detected, the account may be banned without prior notice.

4.3.2 Prize Eligibility Interval:
Once a user wins a prize — through leaderboards, raffles, or other methods — they become temporarily ineligible for further prizes, depending on the type and value of the reward.
This rule applies to the user’s CPF (tax ID), even if multiple accounts are linked to it, preventing duplicate or cumulative prize claims.

4.3.3 Prize Delivery Timelines:

  • Match Tickets: 15–30 days (30 days for major games, 15 for lower-demand ones).

  • Concert or Event Tickets: 30–45 days (45 for large-scale shows or festivals).

  • Collectibles: 60–120 days, depending on rarity or value.

4.3.4 These timelines are set by LoopiClub to ensure fair prize distribution and community integrity.
If a user qualifies for a new prize during their ineligibility period, the prize is transferred to the next qualified participant.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

4.3.5 Notice: Temporarily blocked users will be notified in-app via pop-up message, explaining the reason for ineligibility and the date when participation rights resume.

4.3.6 Prize Availability:
Tickets, dates, venues, and schedules depend solely on the event organizer.
It is the user’s responsibility to check official channels and confirm availability with LoopiClub via contato@loopiclub.com.

4.3.7 As event ownership lies with third parties, LoopiClub/Pagglo holds no responsibility for changes, cancellations, or delays caused by organizers, nor for any loss of enjoyment.

4.3.8 Event availability varies by organizer and venue and may change without notice.

4.3.8.1 LoopiClub does not guarantee access to VIP sections or specific seating; the only valid proof of access is the ticket itself.

4.3.9 Ticket Transfer and Resale Ban:
Selling, transferring, or profiting from prizes is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are for personal use only.
Detected sales or transfers result in permanent account ban and loss of all benefits.

4.3.9.1 LoopiClub reserves the right to monitor and investigate violations and apply additional penalties if necessary.

4.3.10 After winning a leaderboard, all user points are reset to zero to ensure equal opportunities and healthy competition.

 
5. Prize Delivery

5.1 Physical Prize Delivery:
Physical prizes such as jerseys, autographed items, bottles, and others will be shipped within 30 business days after confirmation, using the Brazilian postal service (Correios).
A tracking code will be provided.
LoopiClub/Pagglo is not responsible for loss or damage once the item has been dispatched.
Recipients must track shipments and confirm receipt via contato@loopiclub.com.

5.2 Any discrepancies or issues must be reported upon receipt.
Claims outside the postal delivery window will not be accepted.

5.3 Winner Announcement:
Winners of LoopiClub Leaderboards will be featured on the platform and official social media (Instagram @loopiclub).
By accepting these Terms of Use, winners authorize the use of their image and likeness (and that of companions, if applicable) for promotional purposes.

5.4 Prize Claim Contact:
LoopiClub will make up to three (3) contact attempts with the winner to request necessary documentation.
If the winner does not respond, they must independently submit documents within 180 calendar days of winning.
Failure to do so forfeits prize rights.

5.5 Winners of physical items must submit required documents within five (5) business days from first contact.

5.5.1 Ticket prize winners must allow sufficient processing time for issuance.
5.5.2 Companions may enter only when accompanied by the prizewinner.
5.5.3 Unused tickets are void, and no refund or substitution will be offered.
5.5.4 Refusal or misrepresentation of documentation results in disqualification.
5.5.5 Winners must present valid ID and sign a delivery receipt, which will be stored by LoopiClub for five (5) years as proof of delivery.

5.5.6 Under Article 54 of Law 9.784/99 (Administrative Procedure Law), the organizer must retain all promotional records for five (5) years for audit purposes.
During this period, participants cannot request deletion of personal data collected for the promotion.

5.7 For users located in Brasília and surrounding areas, prizes must be collected in person by appointment with LoopiClub staff.
Pickup location details will be provided upon contact.
The deadline for collection is 30 business days from the date documents are received.

5.8 Points Deduction:
Winning a leaderboard automatically resets the user’s points for that event.
By entering, users agree to this clause and acknowledge that points will still be deducted even if the prize is not claimed.

5.9 In-App Purchases:
For purchases within LoopiClub, items will be shipped within 30 calendar days after confirmation.

5.9.1 LoopiClub is not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, carrier failures).
5.9.2 A tracking number will be issued once the item ships.

 

6. Accumulation of Loopi Points for Future Redemptions

6.1 Difference Between Leaderboard Points and Wallet Balance:
There is an important distinction between points accumulated in the Wallet, those used in Loopi Leaderboards.

6.2 In Loopi Leaderboards, the user (Looper) competes against other users during a defined period, earning points solely within that leaderboard.
At the end of the cycle, the participant with the highest score is awarded the designated prize, and their points are reset to zero.
Points earned for leaderboard purposes are non-transferable to the Wallet.

6.3 The Wallet represents the user’s overall Loopi Points balance accumulated over time through games, quizzes, predictions, and promotions.
If the user participates in leaderboards but does not win, the points earned during participation remain valid and stored in the Wallet.
These points can later be redeemed for products, services, or experiences in the LoopiStore, including tickets and exclusive offers, depending on availability.

6.4 Point Expiration:
Points stored in the Wallet expire 30 days after the date of acquisition.
Unused points are automatically reset to zero after this period.

7. User Referral Program

7.1 Within the referral program, existing users can invite new users to join the platform by using valid and active email addresses.

7.1.2 Points from referrals will be credited to the inviter’s account within 24 hours after the referred user completes registration and their first login.

7.1.3 Fraudulent or Suspicious Referrals:
Referrals using fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious emails will be reviewed in detail.
During the investigation, previously credited points may be suspended or removed without notice.

7.1.4 Measures Against Irregularities:
If any irregularity is confirmed:

  • Point Removal: All points earned from referrals during the analyzed period will be removed.

  • Program Exclusion: The responsible user may be permanently excluded from the referral program without prior notice.

7.1.5 LoopiClub is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness, ensuring that all benefits are distributed equitably among participants.

 
8. Participation and Eligibility

8.1 Minors:
Minors may participate only under the supervision of a legal guardian.

8.2 Winner Responsibility:
LoopiClub is not liable for any accident, injury, or damage related to participation in or attendance at awarded events.

8.3 Consent for Use of Image and Voice:
By participating in LoopiClub and accepting any prize, the user consents to the use of their image and voice for marketing purposes on LoopiClub’s social media channels, without additional compensation.

 

9. Account Registration and Management

9.1 To access certain LoopiClub features, users must create an account.
Please provide accurate and complete information.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

9.2 Under no circumstances shall Pagglo/LoopiClub be held liable for any loss, damage, or system failure resulting from the use or inability to use the app — including, but not limited to, malware, spyware, viruses, device malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or unauthorized access by third parties.
Temporary service interruptions or force majeure events do not entitle users to any compensation.
It is the user’s responsibility to maintain device security, update protection software, and use secure networks when accessing the app.

9.3 In cases of legal investigation or upon request by competent authorities, LoopiClub may disclose user information as required by law.
Such disclosure will be made only in response to formal legal or judicial requests, in accordance with data protection regulations.

 
10. Acceptable Use

10.1 The LoopiClub app is not a betting application.
Our goal is to entertain and reward our users (Loopers) for their knowledge of football, various topics, and gaming skills.

10.2 By accessing the app, the user agrees to use LoopiClub only for the purposes stated in this Regulation.
Any unauthorized or improper use may result in the suspension or termination of their account.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 LoopiClub shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including participation in events or receipt of prizes offered.

 

12. Modifications to the Regulation

12.1 LoopiClub reserves the right to modify this Regulation at any time, always aiming to improve the user (Looper) experience and ensure the proper functioning of the platform.
All modifications will be published within the app and become effective immediately, without prior notice.
We recommend that you review the Regulation periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the app after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.1.1 Likewise, LoopiClub may adjust, at any time, the manner in which points are awarded on the platform — including referrals, game participation, quizzes, or any other interactions.
These adjustments will also be published and become effective immediately, following the same principles above.
Therefore, it is important that users review the Terms of Use regularly to make the most of everything LoopiClub offers.

 
13. Disclaimer of Warranty

13.1 LoopiClub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
LoopiClub does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

 

14. Indemnification

14.1 The user (Looper) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loopi, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
(i) misuse of the LoopiClub app;
(ii) violation of any provision of this Regulation; or
(iii) infringement of any intellectual property right, to the full extent of the verified damage, including legal fees and court costs.

 

15. Force Majeure

15.1 LoopiClub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Regulation if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, embargoes, strikes, natural disasters, or internet service failures.

 

16. Privacy Policy

16.1 Your personal data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
Information will only be collected, stored, and used with your consent, which is automatically granted when you accept these Terms of Use.
For the stated purposes, no data will be shared or disclosed without authorization, except when required by law.

17. Ownership, License, and Use of Content (Feed, Stories, and Chat)

17.1 Ownership and License

17.1.1 All content published, sent, or shared by the user on LoopiClub — including feed posts, stories, private messages (chat), or any other communication within the platform — remains the intellectual property of the user.

17.1.2 By posting or submitting content, the user grants LoopiClub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to display, distribute, store, reproduce, adapt, or process such content exclusively for the purposes of operation, security, moderation, or promotion of the platform.

17.1.3 For private messages, LoopiClub does not use them for marketing purposes. However, they may be temporarily accessed or stored for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or moderation in case of reported misconduct.

17.2 Content Restrictions

17.2.1 The publication, submission, or sharing — whether on the feed, stories, or chat — of the following content is strictly prohibited:
a) content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or image rights;
b) nudity, pornography, or sexual material prohibited by law;
c) extreme violence or graphic/shocking content;
d) digitally manipulated content (deepfakes) without clear labeling or consent of involved parties;
e) false or misleading information with potential to cause harm;
f) hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination;
g) promotion of crimes, illegal drug use, or dangerous activities;
h) spam, scams, phishing, or harassing messages.

Sole Paragraph:
Violation of this clause may result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice, and may also be reported to the competent authorities if the behavior constitutes a legal offense.

17.3 Monetization and Commercial Use

17.3.1 The use of LoopiClub’s feed for sales, advertising, or sponsorship must comply with the platform’s commercial policies.
17.3.2 Sponsored content must be clearly and visibly identified.
17.3.3 Non-compliance may result in account suspension, deletion, or loss of monetization privileges.

17.4 Copyright

17.4.1 Anyone may request the removal of content that infringes copyright.
LoopiClub will follow procedures inspired by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018) to process such reports.
17.4.2 Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts permanently banned without prior notice.

17.5 Moderation and Sanctions

17.5.1 LoopiClub may remove, hide, restrict, or block any content on the feed, stories, or chat that violates these Terms, without prior notification.
17.5.2 In severe cases, accounts may be immediately suspended or permanently deleted.
17.5.3 LoopiClub may notify law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal conduct.
17.5.4 Sending abusive, harassing, or fraudulent messages via chat may result in immediate blocking or account removal.

17.6 Preservation of Evidence

17.6.1 In compliance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), LoopiClub may retain access records under confidentiality for the legally required period or upon court order.
17.6.2 Content, usage logs, and messages may be stored only for as long as necessary to:
a) fulfill legal and regulatory obligations;
b) respond to requests from competent authorities;
c) preserve evidence in administrative, civil, or criminal proceedings;
d) protect the rights of LoopiClub or third parties.
17.6.3 After the necessary period, data will be deleted or anonymized, unless legally required to be retained.

17.7 Limitation of Responsibility

17.7.1 LoopiClub is not responsible for interactions conducted outside the platform.
17.7.2 The app’s operation is not guaranteed to be continuous or error-free.
17.7.3 The use of services is entirely at the user’s own risk.

 
18. LOOPI AND NFT CARDS – LOOPICLUB

18.1 Definition and Application
Loopi provides virtual environments (Landing Pages) where non-fungible digital assets (NFTs) and Cards are made available.
These assets may represent rewards, characters, experiences, collectibles, or other digital content linked to app functionalities.

18.1.1 Cards and NFTs
Card: A “card” (or “digital sticker”) generally refers to a digital representation of a collectible item such as a figure, card, or themed illustration (sports, art, or gaming characters).
It may be a simple digital file not linked to blockchain technology and stored on digital platforms.

NFT (Non-Fungible Token):
An NFT is a unique type of digital asset recorded on a blockchain (usually Ethereum).
Each NFT is distinct and non-interchangeable, ensuring authenticity and exclusive ownership.
When a digital card is minted as an NFT, its ownership is permanently recorded on the blockchain, making it verifiable and securely transferable.

18.2 Intellectual Property, Copyright, and License of Use

18.2.1 Content and Legal Protection
All content related to NFTs and Cards — including artwork, design, names, features, and tokens — is protected under the Copyright Law (Law No. 9.610/1998) and other applicable legislation.
Ownership of intellectual property belongs to LoopiClub or its licensors.

18.2.2 License Granted by the User
By creating, customizing, or interacting with LoopiClub content, the user grants LoopiClub an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for operational or promotional purposes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).

18.3 Usage, Commercialization, and Interoperability Limitations

NFTs and Cards obtained through LoopiClub are intended solely for personal use within the app ecosystem.
Resale, transfer, or commercial exploitation outside the platform will be addressed in future updates.
Use on other platforms will depend on prior authorization and technical compatibility, which is not guaranteed.
LoopiClub is not liable for external transactions until an official system is implemented.

18.4 Regional and International Commercial Terms

The General Terms of Use govern this platform; however, because LoopiClub operates in different jurisdictions, each checkout page may include country-specific commercial terms.
Local regulations on digital goods such as Cards or NFTs may vary by region.

When completing a purchase, the user must agree to the specific terms applicable to their country, including conditions on payment, consumer rights, and data privacy.
These conditions will be clearly displayed at checkout before finalizing the transaction, ensuring legal compliance.

This structure allows the platform to operate in accordance with local commercial and legal requirements, guaranteeing that NFT and Card transactions comply with the laws of each country.

18.5 Exchange of Duplicate Cards and NFTs

For every duplicate card presented by the user, one (1) sealed pack containing one (1) new sticker will be granted, under the following conditions:
a) “Duplicate” refers to any additional copy of a card beyond the user’s first owned version;
b) A maximum exchange limit per collection will apply, announced in advance;
c) The received packs are random, belong to the same collection, and exchanges are final and irreversible;
d) To validate the exchange, the user must provide:
i. their account email or app ID;
ii. a list or screenshot of duplicate cards, or authorize in-app verification;
e) The packs will only be released after validation of duplicates.

18.6 Blockchain Technology, Transparency, and Technical Risks

18.6.1 Blockchain Registration
NFTs may be registered on public or private blockchain networks, ensuring authenticity and data integrity.
The user is solely responsible for private key and digital wallet management.
LoopiClub is not responsible for losses caused by user error, security breaches, or market fluctuations.

Transactions on Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana networks are public, permanent, and immutable — they cannot be deleted or altered by Loopi or any third party.
When acquiring an NFT, the user’s wallet address will be permanently recorded and publicly visible on the blockchain.

18.6.2 Availability Period
NFTs remain available for 12 (twelve) months from their issuance date.

18.6.2.1 Notification
After 12 months, users will have 3 (three) additional months to download their digital asset (NFT) and will be notified to take this action.

18.6.2.2 Expiration
If the user fails to download the NFT within this period, LoopiClub shall bear no responsibility for its loss and will not issue any form of compensation.

18.7 No Guarantee of Financial Value or Appreciation

NFTs serve recreational, artistic, collectible, and promotional purposes only and carry no guarantee of value appreciation or profitability.
Depreciation or loss of perceived value does not entitle users to a refund, as per Article 31, Sole Paragraph, of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

18.8 Compliance, Legal Use, and Anti-Money Laundering

The use of NFTs for illegal activities, asset concealment, or money laundering is strictly prohibited under Law No. 9.613/1998.
LoopiClub reserves the right to monitor, block, and report suspicious transactions.

18.9 Revocation, Cancellation, and Suspension of NFTs

18.9.1 LoopiClub may suspend, revoke, or cancel NFTs linked to accounts violating these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
18.9.2 Under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days of NFT or Card purchase confirmation, provided the asset has not been used or linked to any benefits.
18.9.3 NFTs acquired through LoopiClub are permanent blockchain records and cannot be technically canceled or deleted.
18.9.4 Refunds under the withdrawal right require either:
a) returning the NFT/Card to the official LoopiClub wallet, or
b) initiating a token burn procedure conducted by LoopiClub, following internal policy.
18.9.5 Withdrawal will not apply if:
a) the NFT/Card has already been used for reward redemption, experiences, or access;
b) it has been transferred or sold to third parties;
c) it was issued as part of a limited or non-refundable promotion.
18.9.6 After the 7-day legal period or in any of the cases above, the purchase becomes final and irrevocable, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
18.9.7 To exercise withdrawal rights, users must contact official support via WhatsApp +55 (61) 9887-0785 or email contato@loopiclub.com, providing:
a) full name and tax ID (CPF),
b) registered email,
c) purchase date,
d) explicit statement of cancellation request.

18.10 NFT Auctions, Swaps, and Trades

LoopiClub may offer in-app trading features such as auctions or swaps.
Specific rules regarding timeframes, pricing, payments, and cancellations will be disclosed in each case.
LoopiClub assumes no responsibility for external trades.

18.11 NFT Support and Assistance

Support covers technical issues within the LoopiVerse only and does not extend to external wallets.
Users must provide complete information to receive assistance.

18.12 Data Protection

All personal data processing complies with the Brazilian LGPD, ensuring users’ rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability.

18.13 Limited Liability

LoopiClub shall not be held responsible for third-party losses, external negotiations, or fraud.

18.14 Discontinuation of Virtual Environments

LoopiClub may discontinue any virtual environment or Landing Page with 30 days’ prior notice, without obligation to issue refunds.

18.15 No Classification as Securities

NFTs do not constitute securities or regulated financial assets under Law No. 6.385/1976 (Brazilian Securities Law).

18.16 Limited License and Intellectual Property

Ownership of an NFT does not confer full copyright or the right to use trademarks or logos without written authorization.

18.17 Consent, Updates, and Revisions

By interacting with NFTs and Cards, the user acknowledges and agrees to all terms herein.
LoopiClub may revise or update this section and will notify users accordingly.

  • LoopiClub: A digital rewards app where users (Loopers) can earn points (Loopis) through various activities such as games and quizzes, and exchange them for exclusive prizes.

  • Loopis: Digital points accumulated by users (Loopers) through in-app activities. These points are used to compete in leaderboards and win prizes.

  • Ranking or Leaderboard: An ordered classification system based on defined criteria. It indicates the position of users according to the number of Loopi Points accumulated during a competition period.
    The more points a user earns, the higher they will rank. If multiple winners exist, order of classification will be respected.

  • Wallet: The total balance of Loopi Points accumulated by users, which can be used for redemptions in the Loopi Store, regardless of leaderboard performance.

  • Loopi Store: A virtual store within the LoopiClub app where users can redeem Loopi Points for prizes, such as autographed items, experiences, gifts, and more.

  • Venue: Access to sports or entertainment events at partner stadiums. Users may attend in exclusive areas or stands, depending on the prize description. The exact location is specified on the ticket.

  • Palpitão: A prediction game where users guess the results of the Brasileirão Championship. Each correct prediction is worth 200 Loopi Points.

  • Interactive Quizzes: Themed quizzes that reward users for correct answers with up to 30 Loopi Points, depending on participation date.

  • Loopi Kicks: A “goal vs goal” game where users earn points by scoring within 60 seconds.

  • Loopi Juggle: A juggling-style game where users earn points for each successful ball touch within 60 seconds.

  • Loopi Penalty: A penalty-shootout game in which users have a limit of five (5) shots per round.

  • Loopi Hoops: A basketball-style game where users have 60 seconds to score as many baskets as possible.

  • Loopi Air Hockey: An air hockey game where users aim to score as many goals as possible within 60 seconds.
