By using the Loopi Club app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.
2. Services Offered
Loopi Club offers a digital rewards platform where users can accumulate points (Loopis) by participating in activities within the app, such as games, quizzes, and challenges. These points can be exchanged for rewards, including VIP tickets, autographed collectible items, among others.
3. Registration and Account
To access certain features of Loopi Club, you need to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Loopi Club only for the purposes intended by these Terms of Use. Any misuse, fraud, or unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5. Accumulation and Use of Loopi Points
Loopi points are accumulated by participating in activities offered in the app. Points are reset every Friday at the end of the weekly ranking period. The user with the highest number of points at the end of the week may choose from the available rewards.
6. Conditions for Redeeming Rewards
- Deadline: The weekly ranking winner must claim their reward by Friday at midnight.
- VIP Ticket: Must be used by the following Friday, 1 week after the ranking is finalized. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited.
- Required Information: To redeem the reward, the winner and their guest must provide full name, age, address, ZIP code, phone number, and CPF.
- Eligibility: Minors are not allowed at events offered as rewards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Pagglo and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. For more details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to the Terms
Loopi Club reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend that you review these terms periodically.
10. Limitation of Liability
Loopi Club is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including participation in events and rewards offered.
11. Termination
Loopi Club may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms of Use.
